If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’ve either got a baby on the way (yay!) or you’re already deep in the newborn snuggles, and maybe also in the “wait, what day is it?” stage. Either way, you’re probably wondering what kind of support can help make this time feel less chaotic and a little more…doable.

That’s where I come in!

As your postpartum doula, my job is to make your life easier, your home calmer, and your transition into parenthood (or parenthood-again!) feel a little less scary and a lot less lonely.

Whether you need a listening ear, someone to hold the baby so you can shower (or sleep, let’s be real), or someone to simply help you figure out what your new “normal” even looks like these days…

I’ve got you covered!

This isn’t one-size-fits-all care. It’s “let’s figure out what you need and build support around that” kind of care.

No judgment. No pressure. Just practical help, gentle guidance, and the kind of presence that makes you feel like someone’s truly in your corner.

So take a look around, I’d love to be your partner in parenthood. And just remember, you don’t have to do this alone, and I’m so glad you’re here.

About Me

Hi, I’m Trisha, the heart behind

Melodies in Bloom Doula Services LLC

I’ve spent over 15 years caring for babies and supporting families as a nanny, but it was watching my sister’s postpartum journey that lit this fire in me. I realized how deeply I wanted to be there for people in those raw, beautiful early days of parenthood, not just as help, but as a steady, caring presence.

Becoming a certified postpartum doula through ProDoula felt like the natural next step in my life. I’ve always been drawn to the meaningful moments of life, the late-night feedings, gentle encouragement, and celebrating the small, but powerful victories of early parenthood. This work feels like home.

Melodies in Bloom is a name rooted in love and legacy. It represents my entire family, the ones who shaped me, supported me, and continue to inspire me. But it especially honors two hearts closest to mine: my sweet niece, Melody Jean, and my late Uncle Tom. Their joy, wisdom, strength and unwavering love are woven into every part of me.

When I’m not supporting new families, you can find me with the people I love most, singing along to The Beatles, or finding beauty in the little things, just like Uncle Tom taught me.
