- Light tidying of baby spaces, baby laundry, and dishes.
- Setting up snack and hydration stations.
- Educating and encouraging parents and partners.
- Helping establish a rhythm that works for your new normal.
- Running light errands or accompanying you to appointments as needed.
My goal is to bring peace, practical help, and encouragement into your space. I aim to leave your home and your heart, a little lighter than I found it.

Overnight care is all about rest, for you and your baby. I’m there to gently support your family through the night so you can wake up feeling more human, more rested, and less alone.
Every family’s needs are different, but overnight support can include:
- Responding to your baby’s wake ups. Feeding, diapering, soothing, and settling them back to sleep.
- Bringing your baby to you for feeds (if nursing) and offering quiet companionship and support.
- Bottle feeding and handling pumping-related needs, including washing bottles and pump parts and bagging/storing milk.
- Keeping a log of feedings, sleep stretches, and wake ups.
- Emotional support and company if you're up during the night. I'll be there to chat, listen, or simply sit with you.
- Offering water, snacks, and encouragement during middle-of-the-night feeds.
- Maintaining a peaceful, calming environment to help your entire household rest.
- Helping to establish gentle nighttime rhythms and sleep routines.
My goal is to create a restful, supportive presence so that you can face the next day with a little more strength, peace, and sleep.

Evenings can be some of the most demanding hours for a family. I’m here to offer calm, steady support during the dinnertime-to-bedtime window. So you can catch your breath, tend to other needs, and feel more prepared for tomorrow.
Every family’s evening rhythm looks different, but evening support can include:
- Hands-on care for your baby. Feeding, soothing, diapering, bathing and getting them ready for bed.
- Light household tasks like tidying up baby items, folding laundry, prepping bottles, or resetting the nursery.
- Creating a calm environment to support winding down after a long day.
- Supporting your evening flow while you focus on dinner, older children, or planning for tomorrow.
- Offering emotional support and gentle guidance as you move through the evening routine.
My role is to be the extra set of hands and heart you didn’t know you needed. Bringing peace, practical help, and a sense of ease to your evenings.
Next Steps Toward Support
Here’s a simple outline of how we’ll begin working together and what you can expect along the way!
My goal is to make the process smooth, clear, and supportive from day one.
1. Say Hello
Reach out through my contact form or send an email. I’ll respond within 1–2 business days so we can set up a time to connect.
2. Let’s Talk
We’ll hop on a free consultation call to get to know each other. I’ll listen to what you’re hoping for, share how I typically support families, and answer any questions. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll take the next step together.
3. Book Your Spot
When you’re ready, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to reserve your place on my calendar. Once everything’s signed and confirmed, you’re officially booked for care.
4. Plan Ahead
Before your support begins, we’ll schedule a planning visit. We’ll go over your postpartum goals, feeding preferences, mental health history, and what kind of support will feel most helpful in your home. This is also your time to share any preferences and get clarity on anything you’re unsure about.
5. Support Begins
When it’s time for our first shift, I’ll arrive a half hour early to review everything we previously discussed, and ease into care in a way that feels comfortable and smooth for you and your family.
Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a few questions I get asked most often.
If you don’t see yours here, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to chat.

A postpartum doula provides emotional, physical, and practical support to families after birth. This includes newborn care guidance, feeding support (breast or bottle), light baby related housekeeping, snack prep, and ensuring that the birthing parent is resting, healing, and feeling cared for. My goal is to help ease the transition into life with a new baby by being a steady, calming presence in your home.

The early postpartum weeks are full of change, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Studies show that up to 1 in 5 birthing parents experience postpartum depression or anxiety, and consistent support during this time can greatly reduce stress and feelings of isolation. A postpartum doula helps care for the caregiver, allowing you to rest, recover, and gain confidence as you bond with your baby.

Anytime! Some families reach out during pregnancy to get support lined up ahead of time, while others don’t realize they need help until they’re already in the thick of postpartum. Whether you’re preparing in advance or needing immediate support, I’ll do my best to meet you where you are and offer care that fits your current season.

Every family is different, but most choose to have support anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks after baby arrives. This time frame, often called the “fourth trimester”, is when your body is healing, your baby is adjusting to life outside the womb, and your whole household is finding a new rhythm. I’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs, whether that’s short-term help or longer, ongoing support.
